- Our carved candles come in two sizes;
- Grande: 3.94' x 5.12' / 10cm x 13cm
- Venti: 4.73' x 7.87' / 12cm x 20cm
- Actual candle size may vary slightly between 0.40' - 1.15' / 1cm - 3cm due to handcrafting.
- Improper storage of the candle will cause damage.
- Candles should be stored away from direct sunlight.
- Candles should be stored in a cool, dry place.
- Candles should be stored between 64°F - 86°F or 18°C - 30°C room temperature.
- Candles may experience slight deformation at the base, this is due to the heat experienced during shipping. Store the candle properly to restore the candle body to its pristine condition.
- After extinguishing the candle, cut the wick 1' or 1- 2 cm up from the wax pool for prolonged use of the candle.
- DO NOT hold, touch, transport, or move the candles while they are still hot from burning; let them cool to room temperature before handling.
- DO NOT add essential oils to a burning candle; it is a fire hazard.
- DO NOT expose the candle to extreme heat other than the burning wick of the said candle; it will cause premature melting.
- DO NOT expose the candle to extreme cold; it will cause the carved details to break.
